Returns

Eligibility Window:
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Deep Sale Items:
Any merchandise marked as DEEP SALE, cannot be refunded. Exchange or Store Credit only.

$14 Flat rate shipping. We ship via FedEx Monday-Friday.

Return Shipping:
To return your product, you should mail your product to 440 Columbus Ave, New York NY 10024 Attn: RETURNS. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
